Keiei Doyukai -Articles of Association-

(Name)

Article 1 The name of this association shall be Keiei Doyukai.

(Purpose)

Article 2 This association aims at contributing to the development and stability of the Japanese economy from the stance of an entrepreneur, and promoting mutual development and friendship of the members.

(Operation)

Article 3 This association shall provide the following services in order to accomplish the above purpose.

Conduct survey studies on economic issues
Organize lectures, workshops, discussion meetings, and social gatherings
Conduct studies and exchange information on management, labor, finance, and social issues
Provide consultation services on the education, employment, and marriage of our members’ children
Issue bulletins

(Member Qualification)

Article 5 This association is made up of progressive business executives who support the purpose of the association.

In principle, only one member is admitted for each business category. Enrolment of entrepreneurs from the same line of business is only possible by referral from the member of that category and upon approval by the board.
(Admission)

Article 7 Admission to this association requires referral by at least two members, and is subject to approval by the board.

(Enrolment and Membership Fees)

Article 9 Members are required to make payment for the following enrolment and membership fees.

Enrolment fee of JPY 100,000.
Monthly membership fee of JPY 40,000.
Payment shall be made every six months to the designated bank account.
(Monthly Meeting)

Article 10 A meeting shall be in principle be held every month.

(Members’ General Meeting)

Article 11 Ordinary general meetings and extraordinary general meetings may be held.

(Board Members)

Article 13 The following board members shall be appointed for this association:

　　　　 One Representative Director, two Deputy Directors, one Executive Director, one Managing Director, at least five Directors, and two Secretaries

(Term of Board Members)

Article 15 The term of office of board members shall be two years. However, board members may be reappointed.

(Establishment of Secretariat)

Article 20 A secretariat shall be established for this association to handle the administrative matters.

The secretariat shall be comprised of the Secretary General and the required number of members.
